‘Niyi Oguntoyinbo Group Chief Executive Officer

‘Niyi is the Group CEO of Philly and Mools Group and Principal Consultant for Philly and Mools Automobiles. His competence cuts across accounting, business development, administration, sales and corporate marketing. He started his career in accounting with South Africa Nigeria Telecoms Ltd and rose to the position Head of Accounts. He later resigned from the organization to join KUNOCH Communications as the Business Development Manager in January 2003 where he was in charge of creating and managing distribution channels nationwide.

His interest in automobile and the desire to explore his dreams as an astute entrepreneur made him venture into the entrepreneurship terrain by establish Philly & Mools Automobile

‘Niyi’s passion as a sales man in the automobile industry provided him the platform to discover various business opportunities within the transportation sector. Today, he has successful launched various business organizations within the sector with the sole mandate of overseeing the growth of its strategic vision, market penetration and assets.

‘Niyi is a graduate of Economics/Management from Nigeria’s premier university; The University of Ibadan, and an alumnus of Nigeria’s prestige business school, the Lagos Business School (LBS). ‘Niyi Oguntoyinbo has a business entrepreneur sees the need to develop young successful entrepreneurs and he has pursed this vision to support various entrepreneurship activities within the country.

He is also an alumnus of Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) where he also lectures periodically.  Niyi has also attended the Chief Executive Programme (CEP) and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain – Advance Management Programme (AMP).

 

 Samuel Bilgal Shettima Group Head, Operations

Sam is a graduate of Business Management from University of Maiduguri. He overseers the operational process of the company and these includes: vehicle display, conducting post-delivery inspection, sourcing and inspecting vehicles from dealers and clearing agents, clearing of goods at entry ports, general sales and after-sales services.

Sam has a passion for automobile care especially in the area of after-sales services and he equally ensures a detailed inspection of all vehicles items to meet customers demand. Sam is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, Enterprise Development Centre (EDC).

 

 

Vivien Obiakpani Group Head, Business Ventures & Management

Vivien is a graduate of Economics from Madonna University. She is a Chartered Economist and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Vivien’s work experience spans in Consulting, Marketing, and Strategy development. She started her career as an advert executive with Distinct Integrated Services in 2005 and later joined Nextzon Business services as a Principal Consultant where she was opportune to work on myriad of projects that span a wide range of industry sectors including E-payments, Private Equity, Education, Real Estate, Energy, Manufacturing, Entertainment and Tourism.

Vivien has also worked for the Nagode Group as a Strategy Manager and later, as the Head of Marketing for Marathon Logistics; a subsidiary company she helped conceptualize and set up for the Group.

Temidayo Oni  Legal/ Company Secretary.

Dayo is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Ibadan before proceeding to study Law from the same university. He had his career tutelage at Toye Coker S.A.N Chambers, TAIWO, TAIWO & CO and finally his Law School Internship at MILTON PAUL OHVORIOLE S.A.N & CO.

He worked as an Associate at Rotimi, Seriki & Co before venturing into private practice to set up Temidayo O. Oni, Legal practitioners with specialty in General Practice, Litigation, Company and Properties. His Associate Firms are Primus Legal and Trenchard Associates.

 

 Temitope Asoya (Mrs.) (ACA,CFA) Group Financial Accountant.

Tope is a qualified Chartered Accountant with Higher National Diploma in Accountancy & Finance from Yaba College of Technology. She has worked in various finance management roles over the last 10 years in a variety of organizations sectors. Her extensive experience primarily in financial management include organization development, strategy and policy formulation and implementation, capital management, project management as well as contract/performance management.
She has attended various courses and participates actively in various training programmes including Forensic Accounting. She has been instrumental in charting the growth strategy of various organizations for several years.

 

 

 

Martha Ikenga (Mrs.) Group Head Human Resource

Martha Ikenga is a graduate of Accounting, with a Master’s degree in Business Management from Middlesex University London. She is a certified Project Manager and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria. She has 6+ years experience in Human Capital Management, Project Management and Process mapping and implementation in the downstream oil and gas sector and telecoms industry. Martha currently heads the human resource management team at Philly and Mools.

Martha started her career at A3&O Limited, an IT and telecoms organization in Lagos, as a business development officer. In 2007, she moved on to Carphone Warehouse United Kingdom, as a consultant. She returned to Nigeria to join Axxcorp Group, Limited as a team lead in the strategy unit. She had the responsibility of developing, implementing and managing strategies for the subsidiaries in the group.
